The ProTek® wood substrate system installs easily with tongue and groove components that provide for hidden fastening. Pre-finished or Paintable. Smooth and free from defects, our wood substrateing won't split or mildew and can be cleaned with most solvents that would otherwise ruin the finish of real wood. And what's more, joints stay tighter throughout seasonal climate changes.

Portland Standard Panel Styles

Enlarge	Portland Classic Raised Panel Traditional raised panels slip into concealed grooves and float betweeen the stile without fastening. Raised panels are specially made to order using your wall, opening, and outlet deimesions. We thermally form our PVC veneer over and MDF core to provide you with a stable raised panel without glue joints, but maintain the rich appearance of solid wood.
Enlarge	Portland Country Bead Panel Beaded panels are shipped in 4 foots lenghts and precut to the perfect height. For a continuous Country look, butt panels together or trim to suit your stile spacing. Simply slip the 1/4" beaded panels into the grooves provided in the stiles and rails. PVC veneers are thermally formed over the MDF panels, providing a beautiful beaded detail. This process alleviates numerous beaded planks, saving you time and money during installtion
