WALL SYSTEMS High impact resistance seamless heat weldable to itself and to PVC floors resulting in a seamless, monolithic room ultra hygienic malleable to form inside corners can withstand bumping of carts and other vehicles can be used on ceilings minimal maintenance required install over most smooth walls can be used as wainscot or to cover entire wall.

White and Beige, Semi-Gloss Finish. Sheets 4' x 8' & 4' x 10' in 2mm thickness. Special colors, finishes, and sizes are available; contact office for minimum quality requirements.

Applications
Class 10 to 100,000 clean rooms, laboratories, hospitals, animal holding areas, morgues, corridors with cart traffic, bumpers for swinging doors, wet rooms, food processing areas, fermentation rooms, operating suites, burn centers, and wherever absolute hygienic cleanliness is a requirement and where walls are being marred by repeated bumping by wheeled vehicles. Chemical Resistance
A random list, wherein Wall Systems' resistance is excellent, would include, the following acids: acetic, butyric, hydrochloric, sulfuric, and silver nitrate. Full resistance chart available.

Wall Systems pass ASTM E-84-95 (Steiner Tunnel Test) with a flame spread under 25 and smoke developed under 450

Maintenance
Wall Systems never require painting or any sealer. Easily maintained by washing with a mild soap solution as necessary.

Clean Room Ceiling Panels

ProTek "CLASS 1/A" AND "CLASS 10" CEILING PANELS FOR CLEAN ENVIRONMENTS

ProTek fire-rated ceiling panels are approved for use in Class 10 rated clean rooms as tested according to Federal Standard 209D. The panels also meet Class 1/A fire code requirements (ASTM E-84) and are USDA approved for incidental food contact.

Extruded of a non-porous, proprietary thermoplastic alloy, the panels exhibit high rigidity (347,000 psi (2392 MPa) modulus of elasticity) and low moisture absorption, and resist a wide range of concentrated chemicals (including corrosives, allowing frequent cleaning using harsh cleansers with no staining or fading.

ProTek ceiling panels are monolithic, contain no fibers, and will not crack, break, chip, flake, or deteriorate over time, preventing panel-related contamination of the environment.

They also withstand rough treatment by maintenance personnel during repeated removal/cleaning/re-installation cycles.

Standard panels in .080 (2.03mm) inch thickness offer integral white color and smooth nap surface texture, and are available in 23-3/4 inch (.61 meters) square and 23-3/4 x 47-3/4 inch (.61 x 1.21m) sizes for use with all standard ceiling grid systems.

Applications for ProTek ceiling panels include clean rooms, computer rooms, laboratories, food, dairy and pharmaceutical plants and other environments where sterility or an otherwise high degree of cleanliness is required.
