Pre-laminated panels are fabricated by laminating a fiberglass sheet to a rigid substrate. The FRP sheets are available in a variety of thicknesses and can be laminated to plywood, gypsum, oriented strand board (OSB), or fluted-polypropylene. The lamination adds structural strength and allows for the panels to be installed directly to studs or to be used as ceiling tiles. Pre-laminated panels are great for car washes, food processing plants, refrigerated warehouses, restrooms, and other applications that will experience abuse from impact and/or harsh chemicals.
